State Building

The primary reason we need to build a state in Eritrea is that it currently lacks one, Eritrea is a failed state. There are no genuine government institutions, only those controlled by the fascist group PFDJ. Thus, state-building will be our foremost priority.

National Army

Eritrea lacks a true national army. The soldiers are conscripted and effectively held hostage by the fascist group PFDJ. Their primary role is to intimidate the population and be exploited as forced labor in various PFDJ projects. They have no clear national purpose or goal.
Mahber-7’s policies for the national army:
1. End forced conscription.
2. Focus on defense and sovereignty rather than internal repression.
3. Transition to a voluntary, professional military under a democratic system of governance.

The Curriculum

Eritrea lacks a structured education system. While schools exist, they mainly produce political cadres. Mahber-7 aims to establish a curriculum that focuses on developing skilled professionals, guided by a national framework rooted in the indigenous school system.

Language

Eritrea will have one official language: Tigrinya. Arabic, having no historical roots in Eritrea, will not be recognized.

Religion

In Eritrea, everyone will have the right to practice the religion of their choice. However, national holidays will be exclusively Christian.

Land

As is well known, the fascist group PFDJ has been selling and exchanging land. However, after the defeat of the PFDJ, land will no longer be sold or traded; it will only be rented.

Case of Tigray

Eritrea ensures its internal security not by making ‘Badme’ part of Eritrea, but by incorporating the whole of Tigray. The day Eritrea integrates Tigray, it will become the most stable country domestically in the Horn of Africa region.

Household

The family is the country’s backbone; when a family is destroyed, the government is also destroyed. The fascist PFDJ regime has brought our country to this point by destroying families. Mahber-7 will focus on rebuilding the family so that we can grow and restore our dignity

Members of the National Service

Our top priority is to rescue the indigenous Eritreans who are being held hostage by the PFDJ fascist regime under the pretext of national service. These individuals are isolated from their families and the outside world, with their labor and time exploited by the PFDJ.

From Exile to Homeland

Our people in exile possess knowledge, resources, and experience. However, they have not yet been able to organize effectively to remove the PFDJ fascist regime, as the mothers of Italy and student organizations in Europe and the USA once did. Mahber-7 believes that true change comes from organization and will mobilize all available resources in the diaspora to bring about change and help in the return to our homeland

The guidelines or policies of the Eritrean Liberal Movement (Mahber – 7), ማሕበር-7, are organized principles with the primary goal of saving the people of Eritrea from existential threats and empowering them to fight for their dignity, freedom, and independence.
