Our 7 Principles
1. The indigenous peoples of Eritrea are the Tigrinya and Tigre, belonging to the Ge’ez nation. 2. Tigrinya is the official national language of Eritrea. 3. The Tigrinya and Tigre, Ge’ez nation, have the right to self-determination. 4. Eritrea’s national values are rooted in Judeo-Christian principles. 5. The customary law -Hgi Enda’ba- of the Tigrinya people will be recognized as a law and governing system. 6. The history of the Ge’ez nation is a cornerstone of Eritrean cultural identity and security. 7. Mahber-7 opposes and combats subcultures that undermine Eritrea’s national unity.
Our Mission
As a society, we inherit a vital mission from our nation and ancestors. Success and loyalty come from fulfilling this responsibility, embodying the hopes and dreams that our parents and country hold dear.
The Eritrean Liberal Movement (Mahber-7) commits to this mission by pursuing all seven core objectives, transforming them into a collective vision that aligns with the aspirations of our ancestors and our nation. Together, we aim to realize this vision and foster unity in our efforts.
Our Vision
Eritrea, despite its abundant resources, currently exemplifies weakness and underdevelopment, with its citizens lacking clarity of vision. Yet, Eritrea remains the only nation in the Horn of Africa with genuine hope for a brighter future. Guided by this optimism, Mahber-7 envisions:
1. Eritrea becoming a source of pride for its citizens. 2. Eritrean citizens achieving a first-world standard of living. 3. Eritrea emerging as the strongest nation in Africa and the Middle East, both economically and in terms of security.
